The Chronos

This augmented-reality hourglass reimagines the ancient symbol of passing moments. Suspended above the hand, it follows the movement of the viewer, as though time itself were paying quiet attention.

Instead of traditional sand, a liquid substance flows between two glass chambers—iridescent, slow, and endlessly shifting—inviting contemplation rather than counting minutes away.

The Chronos project explores our relationship with time: how it slips, how it glows, and how it follows us, no matter how gently we try to outrun it.

Adorned with intricate details—golden filigree, deep lapis accents, and jewel-like highlights—the hourglass feels as if lifted from a forgotten treasure room.

Wherever it is placed—by the sea, among roses, or in everyday surroundings—it reframes the environment, turning ordinary scenes into unexpected moments of reflection.
